BILLING INFORMATION

NOTE: Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Soylent Communications" not Rotten Store.

In order to reduce the occurrence of credit card fraud, your shipping address must match your credit card's billing address. If you need your order shipped to a different address, we recommend paying by mail with a check or money order instead.

All prices are in US dollars. Foreign customers should draw a money order in US funds.

8.25% sales taxes will be applied to California residents.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Most orders are shipped the following business day and arrive within 5-7 business days. Please allow extra time if paying by mail. Domestic orders are charged a flat-rate of $5.00 for Priority Mail and $8.00 for UPS Ground. We may designate some orders to ship via UPS if they are over $50.

FOREIGN ORDERS
Orders outside of the United States are sent via Airmail. Most orders are shipped the following business day and arrive within 7-10 days. Due to possible postal and customs delays, please allow upto three (3) weeks for delivery. Please allow extra time if paying by mail. You will be responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other or importation fees that may be due at time of delivery.

The international shipping costs are based on the average weight of the t-shirts and an average of postal rates for various regions. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process after the customer enters their shipping address, but before the order has been submitted.

RETURN POLICY

Unwashed, unworn, clothing may be returned at the customer's expense for a refund. We will pay for the shipping for the return of defective merchandise only. Customers wishing to return a purchase must contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive instructions and return approval. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
